I was a bit nervous at first since I had never done any cosmetic treatment but I really appreciated how clinical Dr. Gandhi was in her explanations. On top of that, the aestheticians Clementina and Nina were very patient and sensitive to checking on my progress throughout the procedure. They were very engaging and friendly and did not make me feel like I was pressured to sign on for the different packages or series – like other clinics do. Instead they focused on the benefits of each treatment option, and made sure I understood the expectation and time commitment. To round it out, I really loved the office – clean, comfortable setting and bottled water or Keurig coffee for you while you wait. First class treatment in a first class facility!
